We offer all these services in the IPARC workshop and studio. Naturally, IPARC also works on location (temporary exhibitions, art fairs and other events). This also applies to museums, art venues – facilitating both the works of art that are leaving (the permanent collection) and the works that are coming in on loan.
Condition reports
IPARC is a trusted service provider of independent condition reports for museums and art institutions, private collectors, art consultants, curators and insurance experts.
Through our strategic partnership with digital condition reporting app Articheck (read more the about partnership here) our qualified and experienced conservators (masters) produce impartial condition reports of old master paintings, modern and contemporary art, polychrome sculpture, furniture, stone, plaster and terracotta objects, textile and metal artworks.
Each report is documented with an extensive photo suite and is accessible in a professional format (in English, French, Dutch or German; other languages on request) to the client via 2-tier authentication.
We provide this service in the Benelux, France, UK and Germany and in other regions on request.
Due to the worldwide (travel) crisis in 2020 and the growth of online sales through auctions and art fairs, the demand and need for independent condition reports have significantly increased. We can offer a fast response service for urgent requests and are happy to provide you with the necessary information on an artwork you are considering bidding on or acquiring without the possibility of live viewing.
If so desired, we can also produce an estimate for conservation treatment, should the condition reporting show this needs to be taken into consideration.
