Your personal data is processed by INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM FOR ART RESEARCH AND CONSERVATION (short form IPARC) CVBA, with principal place of business in 1910 Kampenhout, Vekestraat 29B/14, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under No. 0808.683.357.

Why we process your data

We process your data so as to be able to offer answers to your questions about our services and in connection with the management of the contractual relation between yourself and IPARC.

Your data is processed on the basis of the law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of the personal data of natural persons.

If you object to the processing of your data we will be unable to offer you any answers about our services and, should the situation arise, you will then not be able to call on our services or, again, the contract may simply have to be discontinued.

You may of course withdraw your consent at any time.

Where we get your data

We process the data that you provide.

Where we send your data

We send your data to third parties with which you have concluded some form of contract.

Your data will be kept for a period of two (2) years.

Your rights as interested party

According to the relevant laws, you have the right to inspect your personal data. Any incomplete or incorrect data will be corrected at your request.

To do this you just contact the office manager on officemanager@iparc.eu, attaching a copy of your identity card (front and back).

You may oppose the use of your data for commercial purposes. To do this contact the office manager on officemanager@iparc.eu.

If you do not wish to receive (any further) publicity material from us, contact the office manager on officemanager@iparc.eu.

If we process your data on the basis of your express consent you have the right to have specific data deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of specific data or to object to certain forms of processing.

You have the right to obtain your data or to make arrangement for its transfer to a new processing manager. In that case please let us know if you wish to receive that data and where you would like it to be sent.
